This machine is specially designed to fill the purified water and the distilled water, mineral water and other bacteria free liquids. The equipment is applied with 5GAL bottles (bottles of 1¡¢2¡¢3, 4 and 6GAL can also be applied, but the sample bottle shall be provided.) As the equipment integrates the processes of bottle washing, filling, lid mounting, lid pressing and finished product delivering, it is the ideal choice of water plants. For operations, the equipment can be configured with the following machines: the bottle lid pre-heater, auto decapper, empty bottle leakage detector, bottle external-washing machine, bottle exterior-washing machine, bottle auto loading machine, thermal shrinkage film machine, lamp inspection equipment and other equipments.
1. Automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit; 2. Under-pressure protection: when incoming air¡¯s pressure is ¨Q0.5MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped; 3. Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped; 4. Low water level protection for finished water tank (water tank with filler¡¯s water supply): when the water level of the tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped; 5. Special filling principle¡ªdual filling (at the early filling stage, the two filling valves work simultaneously; after some time, the auxiliary filling valve stops working, while main filling valve keeps working.), avoid water waste; 6. Filling time adjusted between two levels¡ª0.1S and 1S, ensuring the precision for filling amount.
