1.Payment Terms

Payment for Product may be made by cash, wire transfer (TT30% down payment, 70% before shipment), Letter of credit at sight or some other prearranged payment method.

2.Delivery Time

The products will be shipped within 30 days after receive your down payment or original L/C and confirm all the artworks. If there is any change for leadtime,we will inform our client before the order placed.

3.Artworks

We should got your all artworks before production,we are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Aqua Treatment and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

4.Shipping cost

Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by us is our responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify us within 1weeks after the goods arrive your port if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.


5.Warranty

We guarantees the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of original purchase for a period of ONE YEAR from that date.
If within the guarantee period the product is determined to be defective (at the date of original purchase) due to improper materials or workmanship, We will, without charge for labour or parts, repair or replace the product. This guarantee does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, damage incurred by incorrect use or not following manufacturers instructions or power failure and over loading. The goods must not be modified or repaired by anyone other than one of our engineers or nominated service agents. Any products that have not failed due to manufacturing defect will be repaired at the cost of the customer. Aqua Treatment reserves judgment on this and our decision is final. Carriage costs for the return of goods, we will be the responsibility of the customer.
